Who we are
Subscription Stopper is operated by Australian Data Removal Pty Ltd (ACN 695 272 836), part of Australian Privacy Network. Support and privacy contact: support@subscriptionstopper.app.
What we collect
Your email address and (if you sign in with Google) your Google account name and profile image. Everything else is what you type in: subscription names, costs, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, and the cancellations you log.
What we never collect
We do not connect to your bank, card, or any financial institution. We do not read transactions. We never ask for card numbers or banking credentials, and no part of the product is capable of doing so.
How we use it
To show you your own dashboard, send renewal reminders you asked for, and produce anonymous aggregate totals (for example the total dollars reclaimed across all users, which contains no personal information).
Who can see it
You. Row-level security in our database restricts every subscription and cancellation row to the account that created it. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing) process data on our behalf under their own agreements.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. Delete individual subscriptions any time from the dashboard, or email us to delete the whole account and everything in it.
Payments
Pro is priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and paid through Stripe, which processes your card details directly — we never see or store them. We receive the email address used at checkout so we can match the payment to your account. Pro activation after payment is currently completed manually by our team until automatic activation is verified; email support@subscriptionstopper.app if your plan has not changed.
Cookies
We use a session cookie/local storage entry to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
