Who operates this service
Subscription Stopper is operated by Australian Data Removal Pty Ltd (ACN 695 272 836), part of Australian Privacy Network. Support: support@subscriptionstopper.app.
What the service does
We never access your bank, card, or provider accounts. Subscription Stopper is a tracker and a guide. You enter your subscriptions manually; we show you what they cost, when they renew, and the published steps for cancelling them.
What it does not do
We do not cancel anything on your behalf, contact providers for you, or access your bank, card, or provider accounts. Every cancellation is completed by you, on the provider's own site or app.
Accuracy of cancel guides
Cancellation steps and links are provided in good faith and can go out of date without notice when providers change their flows. Always confirm the cancellation directly with the provider. We are not liable for charges that continue after an incomplete cancellation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. Don't use the service unlawfully or attempt to access other users' data.
Paid plans
Pro is A$4.99 per month or A$39 per year, billed in advance in Australian dollars (AUD) and renewing until cancelled. Activation of Pro after payment is currently completed manually by our team — usually within a few hours — until automatic activation is verified; if your account has not been upgraded, email support@subscriptionstopper.app and we will fix it. You can cancel Pro at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law — if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features. The service is provided as-is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
